I may have been a scholar, but I kept my studies related to my Wyld Hunt. I do not know much past the Guild Wars.

If this Lazarus took part in human conflict, it was not related to Orr. Is there anything in particular associated to him?

The White Mantle worshiped the idea of them, but to resurrect one... The Mursaat were said to be gathering their power for when the dragons rose. That is enough power to take you all down.

Yes, and while one has not been resurrected, he has made himself known.

The "Last of the Mursaat" supposedly. This all happened because Minister Caudecus had "run away," and the task of returning him had fallen onto me. Turns out he had tried to harness the power of the bloodstone for himself. There was a bit of a blow-up that Lazarus saved everyone from, nothing to worry about. [Yes, that is very informative.]

He claims to be on the more...virtuous side, but time will tell on that.

My knowledge on the Mursaat is only as much as the Countess drilled into me. I had hoped you may know more.

I am sorry, Canach, but I did not have much time away from my Wyld Hunt. The dragons were my priority. To think we were going to pursue Kralkatorrik...

If he saved everyone from a "blow-up" then perhaps he does not come with ill intentions. But that does not mean he will not turn when the dragons are defeated.

Yes, it's hard to say, nor do I fully trust him and I only saw him for a few seconds.

However, it is Caudecus who holds my priorities, although I suspect he will go after him. So I am sure I will encounter or hear of him sooner rather than later.

Which I suppose now brings me to my other bit of news. Kralkatorrik is still on the backburner. Primordus is the one who will need our immediate attention.

I wouldn't be surprised, really. With two dragons down, I'm sure they're ready to start trying to usurp one another.

Don't say that. [Never mind the fact he's the one who suggested it. It's bad enough to think of another one. Get any worse and a rain cloud is gonna start forming overhead.]

You're... You're staying by the commander's side, aren't you? They did not name him Marshal, did they? It was one of his worst fears. [He frowned. Hope you can stand worried rambling.] I do not know much about your time in the jungle, but I have a feeling he relied on you heavily as another sylvari. You cannot let anything happen to either of you. Not after all you had to endure.

As far as I understood it, he turned down the position and is actually starting a guild of his own—Dragon's Watch. And he not only has me—when we reunited, he was with Taimi and Rytlock. Marjory also eventually joined us.

However, although our paths crossed, I have my own "mission" to accomplish. [He crosses his arms. While tracking Primordus would have been interesting, my focus is on Caudecus and obtaining my freedom. Saving the world is just a corollary benefit.

But I am sure our paths will cross again.
